It was a pleasure to record a program of Polish songs with producer Frank Avila on Sunday, September 11. Mr. Avila, a commissioner with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, produces programs dealing with environmental issues, and also a wide variety of cultural programs.
